- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock limitations or errors in product details.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT**  
- Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment must be made at checkout through our accepted payment methods.
- We use secure payment gateways to protect your personal and payment information.

4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship worldwide/local deliveries depending on our shipping policy.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues.
- Any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Due to the handmade nature of our items, all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.
- If you receive a defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for assessment.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in original condition, and return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. CANCELLATIONS & MODIFICATIONS
- Orders cannot be modified once placed.
- Cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of purchase.

- Our maximum liability for any product is limited to the purchase price.
